Return Policy

We hope you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If for some reason you are not, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must be in original condition and have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. In case you are unable to find your order confirmation, the email address is ChaoticElementsHandcrafted@gmail.com.
2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information:

• Refund will be issued as soon as the product is received in its original condition.
• Damaged returns will not receive a full refund. Refund will be based on the condition of the item.
